Detroit Celebrates Spring With Sliders And Sundaes!

On Wednesday, March 21st, Detroit Elites rang in the official start of spring with sliders and sundaes at Basement Burger Bar. To start, guests were treated to delicious Basement Burger Bar appetizers like quesadillas, mac and cheese bites, and fried pickles. The slider buffet included 4 different delectable sliders, including vegetarian options, plus a variety of fries, loaded tater tots, and beer flights enjoyed by each table. Michigan made Hudsonville Ice Cream was also on hand with a make your own spring sundae bar featuring flavors like black cherry, blue moon, mint chocolate chip, orange cream, and trusty old vanilla! Guests could then load up their scoops with toppings like Peeps, Cadbury mini eggs, sprinkles and more!

A photo contest for best looking sundae shot rounded out the evening and awarded winners with prize packs from both Hudsonville and Basement Burger Bar! In the end, 10 lucky winners also got to take home extra Hudsonville ice cream home!
